As Coastal Homes, when we become guests in your home through our products, we do so with the awareness and responsibility that we will witness your happiest, saddest, most enthusiastic, and most emotional moments. At this very point, our “customer satisfaction” policy begins with clearly explaining to our customers what we cannot do. Because our products are made entirely from natural materials, there may be slight differences between the items displayed in our stores and the pieces that come to life upon your order—because “nature is so generous that it never creates the same thing exactly the same way twice…”
For us, this is an extraordinary gift offered by nature, and we create our products with full awareness of this privilege. Of course, there may be customers who do not prefer such natural variations; therefore, we would never want those with rigid, standard expectations to purchase our products merely by being impressed by the visual elegance displayed in our stores. This is precisely why we first explain what we cannot do—so that our customers can share their happiest moments at home for many years with the products they choose, and remember us as they do.
