Cancellation & Return Policy

GENERAL:


If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you shall be deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.


Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legislation in force, regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.


Shipping costs related to product delivery shall be borne by the buyer.


Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.


The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and together with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.


If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date it becomes aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.


IF THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:


If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.


PURCHASES MADE THROUGH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:


If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the contractual product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the seller.


IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:


If force majeure events that the seller cannot foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer shall be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and has made the payment in cash, the amount shall be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation date. If the buyer has paid by credit card and cancels the order, the product price shall be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, it may take 2–3 weeks for the bank to credit the amount to the buyer’s account.


BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:


The buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting delivery and shall not accept damaged or defective goods/services such as dented, broken, or torn packaging from the courier company. Goods/services accepted shall be deemed to be undamaged and in good condition. The buyer must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:


The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address specified, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, provided that the seller is notified via the contact details below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:


If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts where the performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period.


Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the seller.


To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used within the scope of the provisions titled “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised.”


EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:


The invoice of the product delivered to a third party or the buyer must be returned. (If the invoice of the product to be returned was issued to a corporate entity, a return invoice issued by the institution must be sent together with the return. Returns of orders invoiced to institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.)


The return form must be submitted, and the products must be delivered complete, undamaged, and with their box, packaging, and any standard accessories.


RETURN CONDITIONS:


The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and documents that place the buyer under debt to the buyer within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days.


If there is a decrease in the value of the goods or if return becomes impossible due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for damages in proportion to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration arising from proper use of the goods during the withdrawal period.


If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the order amount to fall below the campaign limit set by the seller, the discount obtained within the scope of the campaign shall be canceled.


PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:


Products prepared in line with the buyer’s request or clearly personal needs and not suitable for return; underwear bottoms, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, cosmetic products, disposable products, products that are perishable or likely to expire, products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if their packaging has been opened by the buyer after delivery, products that are mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided under a subscription agreement, services performed instantly in electronic environments or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, as well as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, and computer consumables if their packaging has been opened by the buyer, cannot be returned in accordance with the Regulation.


In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have begun with the consumer’s approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period.


For cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) to be eligible for return, their packaging must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and untested.


DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:


If the buyer defaults when making payments by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement with the issuing bank and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the bank may take legal action and may claim the costs and attorney fees from the buyer. In any case, if the buyer defaults due to their debt, the buyer accepts that they will compensate the seller for any damages incurred due to delayed performance of the obligation.
